Eligibility Criteria

Malaysia Citizen of Sarawak Origin.

Applicant must be age 21 and above.

Applicant is not a bankrupt.
Documents Required
Type and Source of Properties to be financed

Letter of Offer from Housing Development Corporation (HDC).

Financing application form.
-
Copy of the NRIC duly verified.
-
Proof of income (salary slip, etc..) including bank account statement.
All residential development under Housing Development Corporation (HDC) and approved affordable scheme by government.
Pre-Assessment Form
HDRAS Application Form complete with personal documents,
Letter of Approval from MPHLG / HDC / Land and Survey Department,
Copy of Sales Agreement / Sales Confirmation Slip dated after 12 October 2021,
Confirmation of design and price for Spektra Mutiara House Program by the appointed panel of contractor.
