PROJECT EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicating with upper management to develop strategic program and project goals.

• Monitoring construction and development projects.

• Monitoring performance metrics.

• Monitoring program and project performance of both internal and external service providers.

• Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives.

• Provide the needed documents for all implementations and activities on site.

• Inspect the construction site to ensure the appropriate level of quality control in all the phases.

• Supervise and facilitates equipment and component installation to assure that every process is running due standards.

 

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Property Development or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years working in relevant field.

• Good command in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. 

• Good analytical and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving ability.

• Willing to travel and works independently.

• Self-driven who takes initiative and able to multi-task.

• Able to work under tight timeline when required.

• Passion for excellence and continuous improvement.

• Possess a valid driving license class D.
